Job description:
Utilize SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD design tool, and FUSION 360
Develop 3D models and 2D drawings for release into the customer system
Primary skills expected from candidates will be Conceptual design, Numerical design, basic FEA, 3D design, and assembly creation for the manufacturing process.
Secondary skills expected by candidates to qualify position should be aware of FUSION 360, Advanced FEA skills, knowledge and experience in machining, and assembly.
Conduct technical and feasibility studies
Product design and development
Participate in regularly scheduled customer and internal meetings
Support program management in technical, product design and product timings reviews·
Manufacturing and Quotation process support
Analyses of customer claims
Participate on FMEA
Develop and review the new technical solutions for our customer
Support of technical roadmaps
Prepare of BOM and BOI’s, select suitable components as per technical specification.

Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, and Robotics
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product design and develop
Proficient in SOLIDWORKS
Familiar with OEM design procedures and system
Familiar with manufacturing process and knowledge
