Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Support:
·Address technical inquiries and issues related to software applications promptly over mail and phone.
·Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely resolutions.
·Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
·Maintain accurate records of support tickets, testing results, and training sessions.
·Update knowledge base articles and user guides as needed.
2. Testing:
·Develop and execute test cases in based on software requirements.
·Identify and report bugs and errors encountered during testing.
·Work closely with developers to ensure defects are properly addressed and resolved.
·UAT Testing should be performed.
3. Training:
·Create training materials and documentation for end-users.
·Conduct training sessions to educate users on software functionality and best practices.
·Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-implementation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education- B. Tech. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from regular college.
Experience: 15-25 Yrs
